At Shysra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have a clear and simple return and refund policy in place.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Return deadline: You have 14 days calendar days from the date you receive your order to contact us for a return.
  • Product status: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition (accessories, instructions and labels included, if applicable).
  • Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (for example, personalized items or those opened having direct contact with the skin) are not eligible for return, except in cases of non-conformity or defect.

2. Return Procedure

  1. Initial contact: To initiate a return request, please email us at contact.shysra@gmail.com specifying:

    • Your order number.
    • The product(s) concerned and the reason for the return.
    • Your choice between an exchange or a refund.
  2. Validation of the request: Once your request is received, our customer service will respond to you within 48 working hours with precise instructions for return (return address, return label, etc.).
    Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  3. Return shipping: Please pack the product(s) carefully and enclose a copy of your invoice or order number inside the package.
    Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund : Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the validation of your refund. The refund will be made via the same method of payment as that used for the initial purchase, within a period of 14 days after validation.
  • Exchange : If you prefer to exchange your item, we will send you a replacement product as soon as the return is validated, subject to availability.
  • Defective or non-compliant products: If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. In this case, the return costs will be covered by Belovar and you will be able to choose between an exchange or a full refund.

4. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Order cancellations: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation. Please contact our customer service promptly. Once shipped, the return procedure will apply.
  • Promotional offers: Items purchased during a promotion or sale remain subject to the same return conditions, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
